Thanks for reaching us. I have installed a TranslatePress plugin on my staging and I’m not getting any errors once the Flexible Shipping plugin is activated as well. Can you please send me an error message that you are receiving?

Thanks for the additional information and the video. As for the Twenty Twenty-One, it’s not a theme built for WooCommerce. It is designed for WordPress blogs and websites.
The default WooCommerce theme is Storefront and all our plugins are tested with this theme activated.
Can You please copy and send me the fatal error message that You are getting?
Also, please activate the Storefront theme in your store and check whether the error persists.
