Incompatibility issue with Thrive Themes

Hi, I recently noticed a message on my WordPress dashboard which won’t go away.

It says, “you cannot have identical variations”, which I assumed to be an issue in Thrive Themes, because part of their plugin allows split testing.

However, on investigation, they identified that the plugin is fine, and the message only appears while Jetpack is active. I verified this myself, by deactivating Jetpack, at which point the message no longer appears.

How can this be fixed, please?
