Incompatibility with Polylang

I’ve added an issue on GitHub to track this https://github.com/danielpowney/multi-rating/issues/41

WPML has recently replaced some of their function with filters. This make the code a lot cleaner. This is also on my TODO list https://github.com/danielpowney/multi-rating/issues/36.

I want to avoid logic in the plugin which says:

• If WPML supported do this
• If Polyang support do this

I’ll consider a way to potentially externalize this logic using custom filters perhaps.
