Incompatibility with some plugins? (Source unclear)

I am not sure whether it is gc message bar or these plugins that are at fault, but activating the following plugins breaks the harmony between gc-message bar and sticky header mentioned in the previous post.

Autothickbox plus and lightbox plus, enhanced text widget, Linkable Title Html and Php Widget by PepLamb, Php code for posts, Per Post Scripts & Styles, wp-ui-tabs-accordion-sliders.

Just activating these plugins and then deactivating them sometimes doesn’t correct the issue until the apache server is restarted again.
