Hi,

When this plugin is active, it’s not possible to add most widget types to menus created with Storefront Mega Menus (https://woocommerce.com/products/storefront-mega-menus/)

I am afraid the Storefront Mega Menus is a premium plugin and we do not have access to it. Per WordPress regulations, we can provide support in this forums only for free plugins. Please contact the Storefront Mega Menus support team so they could have a look at this issue.
