Incompatibility with SyntaxHighlighter Evolved

I’m using SyntaxHighlighter Evolved (Version 3.2.1). There appears to be some kind of incompatibility with this plugin. When I enable JS minify, pages/posts that use SyntaxHighlighter plugin don’t load properly (blocking load) or the syntax highlighting doesn’t work (non-blocking).

There’s no indication whether the issue lies in your plugin or the other plugin or a combination of both. So please take a look in to this to see if you can isolate the issue further. I’ve raised a parallel issue with SyntaxHighlighter Evolved plugin as well.
