    Hi Pascal,

    Thank you for reaching out!

    We have version 6.4 installed in several servers with no issues. Which WP Data Access version do you have installed? Can you please update to the latest version?

    Does this fixes the issue?

    Thanks,
    Peter

    Hi Peter,
    Version installed is Version 5.3.17 of WP Data Access Premium.
    I can only access the application via the settings menu.
    All other options in the WP Data Access menu (Data explore, Dashboards, Table builder , etc…) return the error:
    Call to undefined function WPDataAccess\Connection\mysql_connect()
    –> My site is no longer working !
    Thanks in advance for your help

    Hi Pascal,

    Are you using any remote databases that are no longer accessible? Can you check please? You can temporarily disable remote connection in your plugin settings to check if this solves the issue.

    The connection to remote databases no longer works !
    by disabling remote connections in plugin settings the app works.
    I have controlled access to my 2 remote databases and I can access them without problems with phpMyadmin.
    Any idea ?
