The plugin flagged as incompatible to the latest WooCommerce feature HPOS.

1 Incompatible plugins detected (WooCommerce EU/UK VAT Compliance (Premium).

To find it, follow this navigation path: WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features.

Maybe you have an older version of the plugin installed? As you can see here, the current version of the plugin declares itself compatible: https://plugins.trac.ww.wp.xz.cn/browser/woocommerce-eu-vat-compliance/tags/1.28.0/eu-vat-compliance.php#L28

I download the plugin from WP Overnight but it is not 1.28
