Hi Ben,
I am having the same issue. Did you make any progress on this?
I reverted to a default WP theme and the page worked which confirms the incompatibility with Divi.
I have contacted Divi and they said the issue is with WP Sermon Manager. I have contacted WP Sermon Manager but not response.
I am worried that WP Sermon Manager is no longer supported.
Sermon Manager Version 2.16.8
WP Version 5.8.3
DiviVersion: 4.14.7

I don’t think I ever heard back from sermon manager. I’ll try to remember how I got it working:
I had to make a divi child theme and used these instructions to add dynamic content to the video module: https://www.divi-pixel.com/how-to-make-the-divis-video-module-url-fields-dynamic/
Then I made a template for the “sermon” custom post type and filled it with whatever dynamic content I could access (Sermon name, speaker and the url for the video player). Since we only host audio files, I set the height of the video player to 60px which essentially hides the video portion of the plugin. It looks like an audio strip and seems to be working.
Its definitely a hack job, but it’s working and the client’s happy. They didn’t want to move to another plugin.
Honestly I think you could use custom post types and recreate a lot of the sermon manager functionality without a plugin at all.
Hi @beniprescott, please try to update your plugin to 2.16.9 and let us know if the problem still persists.
The latest version has been tested in:
Wordpress Core: 5.9.3
PHP: 8.0
Divi: 4.17.4
