I have the website created with Elementor and Elementor pro. It has navigation menu created with Elementor pro and shows the Chevron for submenus. After updating the Elementor pro to the latest version the Chevron icon in Navigation menu disappears and reappears if the strong Testimonial plugin is deactivated. Even the Images Carousel created in Elementor stops working when the Strong testimonial plugin is activated
It seems that the Strong testimonial plugin needs to be updated to be compatible with Elementor and Elementor pro plugins

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @chihi108,

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about this!
There seems indeed to be a couple of incompatibilities with the premium plugin you are using. While we put a lot of work into making the plugin compatible with as many themes and plugins, there’s just no way of testing with all the premium plugins available out there. We’d love to, but it’s not possible or practical.

Also, please keep in mind that compatibility between plugins is sorta like a two-way street. We can only do so much to support those types of integrations on our end and plugin developers often need to meet in the middle.

Please keep in mind that we do have an open ticket regarding this and we will do our best to solve it on our end. It might take a while though, as we are a really small team.
We are sorry for the trouble!

    Warmly,
    Mihaela
