Incompatible with Gutenberg?

    The CK button on the editor seems to be incompatible with WP 5.x: no icon is visible; if you use a classic editor layout, you won’t see any text on the page, and the CK button is like a “missing icon”.

    can you please give me a screenshot of the problem ?
    I have tested it on WP 5.1 without issue in the classic editor. I’m working on a Gutenberg block that shall come soon

    on your screenshot I don’t see Gutenberg … if you disable the Slideshow CK plugin, does your editor work again ?

    tested by my side with Gutenberg and the Classic editor, no error
    please clear your browser cache and tell me

    1. “on your screenshot I don’t see Gutenberg” – I use Classic Editor, WP 5.1.1.
    2. “if you disable the Slideshow CK plugin, does your editor work again” – Yes, it does.
    3. “please clear your browser cache” – It seems, that it is not a cache-problem. See screenshot https://prnt.sc/nlscn4
    4. Also, there is a typo in icon path, see screenshot https://prnt.sc/nlschq

    After update to WP 5.2 it seems that everything works fine.

    anyway I was not able to reproduce the issue by my side with 5.1.1, and Classic editor …
