    This is the error message:

    Fatal error: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is no longer supported in [PATH]/wp-content/plugins/shorten-url/core/utils.class.php on line 102 site:ww.wp.xz.cn

    Inactivating it will also inactivate your short urls. You will have to recreate them using another plugin.
