Inconsistent behaviour

I am finding the tool working very inconsistently.
I have set image heights, yet on some pages its just ignoring that.
Some of the titles and read more text is not being pulled through.
The tag is being ignore when I filter by tag and any old stuf ends up getting pulled through.
All my posts have been created in exactly the same #manner so I see no reason for the inconsistencies.
