Inconsistent Date format in Date Select range

    Hi there. Using WP 5.3.2 and Advance CF7 DB 1.7.2 plugin I’m getting inconsistent date formats between the two two date range fields when narrowing down form submissions by date.

    i.e

    FROM: October 2, 2019 results in 02/10/2019
    TO: March 10, 2020 results in 10/03/2020

    IN WP General Settings my Date format is: m/d/Y and this is now coming up d/m/y
    I think it used to respect the date format defined in the General Settings page before and now it does not.

    Please advise. TIA
