But when you get to the WordPress forum, on this page: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/important-monsterinsights-lite-support-policy-read-this-before-you-post/ you explicitly state that the WordPress forum does not provide support for the ‘Lite’ plugin, instead I have to browse back to your website: https://www.monsterinsights.com/lite-support/

Is this some kind of practical joke on your potential customers? Could you please be consistent with your support messaging?
