Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Site Kit by Google, WP Mail SMTP and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.
Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
I have tried doing this – I created a clone of my website and I disabled ALL plugins except Contact Forms 7 and also changed my theme to Twenty Twenty-Four but I am still getting the same issue while testing the form in incognito mode.
It allows me to submit 1-2 times without issue but after a couple of attempts it just gives a loading status icon next to the submit button.
Could this be a setting/ option that GoDaddy (my website host) is providing to prevent spamming of the forms?
Do you get any error or alert in the browser console when the issue occurs?
