Hi @dabbers
Thanks for getting in touch!
I understand that you’re having trouble adding new subscribers, and I can confirm that you currently have fewer than the 100 subscribers limit (for free plans) at the moment.
To test things out, could you try clearing your browser cache, logging back into WordPress, and then attempting to add new subscribers again?
If it still doesn’t work and you see an error message, please take a screenshot and share it with us. Also, please share with us the method you’re using to add subscribers, like through .csv or manually adding the email addresses?
Hi….I tried clearing cache and that didn’t help. I am manually trying to add a single subscriber. Here is a screen cap of the error message. https://pasteboard.co/CkO8vT2s6oT2.jpg
Thank you.
Hi @dabbers –
Thanks for giving that a try.
It looks like there may be a bug with this, and I am asking our development team to take a look. We’ll let you know as soon as we have an update from them.
