Kindly let us know which email service provider you are using to configure with Post SMTP & also the screenshot of the error message you are facing.

We recommend that you generate an app password and use that instead of the email password. You can review this link on how to generate app passwords.
Also, share the screenshot of your Connectivity test report. To access the Diagnostic Test and Connectivity Report, navigate to the Post SMTP dashboard and find it under the Troubleshooting section.
