Incorrect Automated Approval

    We have created this site for a client, and due to the nature of their products, users must send in proof of age to have their registration approved. They have reported the occasional user being automatically approved, i.e. they have not received proof of age and been manually approved by staff. Is there a way to disable this from happening?

    Hi @gmtsolutions,

    We have a file upload feature on our premium version. You can use this feature to receive the id card or proof attachment. You can manually approve or deny the registration submission once they submit the form with their ID card or proof attachment.
