    How have you set up the form? What is in the Form textarea in the contact form admin page?

    Hi there!

    It is fixed now, I hadn’t tried removing the plugin completely and installing it again, once I did that it worked.

    Very odd, I also removed the captcha fields entirely and then added them back in again, just encase it was a cache issue.
