incorrect code generate from jetpack:picture

If I create a widget jetpack:picture and I use “open link in new tab/window”, the generated code is incorrect. The statement href … is shown twice. One with “target=…” and one without this.

If I don’t use this “open link in new tab…” the code is correct.
