Incorrect Comment URI if http:// missing

Hi – I’m running the nightly from a few days ago (2005-01-15 to be exact) and I noticed that if visitors forget to put a “http://” in front of their URL when making comments then their URLs end up wrong – it’s appended to the current page URL.

Did anyone else notice this?
