My mailpoet pages show the incorrect date at the bottom, but my wordpress date/time settings are clearly set up correctly. I believe I set up my webpage on for 14th and its been showing the 14th on the mailpoet pages since the very first day I set it up it never changes from june 14th 2025. I have tried clearing the cache as well. Nothing seems to correct the mailpoet pages and I cannot figure out how to edit them manually, I’m assuming it just isn’t possible at this point.
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
I’m not sure if I fully understand what date you are referring to. Can you send us a screenshot to help us visualize it, please?
That being said, can you check the the date/time set at the server level matches the date/time you have set in WordPress settings? That’s a common cause of date/time discrepancies.
as stated above I have made sure my WordPress time is correct. if you notice at the bottom of the screenshot. the date is June 14, 2025. it does not change at all. it is permanently at june 14, 2025. all of the mailpoet pages have this date.

Thanks again for your message and for sharing those screenshots. I understand the concern about the date on the bottom of your MailPoet pages always showing as June 14, 2025. That definitely shouldn’t be confusing, and I’d like to help you get to the bottom of it.
To better understand what’s causing this, could you let us know what exactly leads to that page? For example, is it shown after someone subscribes through a form, confirms their email, or takes another action?
Also, if possible, please share a direct link to the specific page where this issue appears. That will help us investigate further and give you more accurate guidance.
Appreciate your patience and attention to detail on this.
Hi @justinw361, the date that is showed there is the post creation date (the same as in your blog posts), so it won’t change and will always show the same date.
One thing I’d suggest to create a new page with [mailpoet_page] shortcode as the content. Then, in MailPoet > Settings > Basics you change the MailPoet Page with this newly created page. This might change the rendering of MailPoet pages from post template to page template (which doesn’t include the creation date).
If that doesn’t help, on this new page you created, you can add a custom CSS to hide the date altogether .wp-block-post-date { display: none !important; }.
I have successfully updated everything, however the one page I cannot find is the “Confirm you’re not a robot” page? where is that page? Prior my subscription form on the bottom right was still jetpack I also updated that form, but as I stated the “Confirm you’re not a robot” page is still producing an old date.
As for the “Confirm you’re not a robot” page, I’m afraid this is an automated page that’s not manageable through the plugin settings. However, there are two things we can do:
You can use an alternative Captcha method, such as Google ReCaptcha. I recommend this option because it’s more effective in preventing bot attacks and it does not redirect your subscribers to a second page. It’s all handled in the subscription form.
We could help you hide the date on the “Confirm you’re not a robot” page with a CSS code. However, when tested subscribing to your form, I was not redirected to the “Confirm you’re not a robot” page. Have you disabled it somehow?
