Hi:
We’re not aware of any issues with WC and WC Subscription. Those two plugins are part of the standard set that we run every day on our test sites. Are you using the latest WC and WC subscription versions?
One thing you can try is to reset the permalinks on the WordPress permalinks page – just click the save button on that page.
Thanks.
Yes, I have tried to reset the permalinks, and the only one that is not behaving is the create a support ticket. it is very odd.
Hi:
Do you have a theme that might have some built-in support for WC and WC Subscriptions? If so, its possible that its conflicting somehow.
Also, do you have any WC plugins that isn’t sold by WooCommmerce? If so, maybe try disabling those and see if that gives you the right links?
Thanks.
I am using flatsome theme, woo 3.5.1, wordpress 4.9.8
I will try disabling some plugins to see what might be causing it, and if I find one, will report back.
Hi:
We would definitely appreciate reports of what you find.
Thanks.
Hi:
One thing I just thought of – can you double check that your MY TICKETS and SUBMIT TICKET pages are set in TICKETS->SETTINGS->GENERAL?
Thanks.
Ok, so I created a new page called create ticket and updated the page to set to it, and now it is working as it should 🙂
After that, I tried to switch back to the one that was created when installed and now everything is working great with submit-ticket.
Not sure what happened, but thank you for your incredibly promote responses.
Evan
