When I initially installed the plugin the location was accurate to where I live but since then it started showing my location as the opposite side of the country and then also the next city over.

My location shows correctly with online services such as Google Maps. Where would I start fault finding this within the plugin?

Which tab did you use to enter your location? Or did you leave everything empty to use your browser location?

It was left empty to use browsers location.

OWM Weather uses the free service https://tools.keycdn.com/geo to get the longitude and latitude from the browser IP address. I suggest populating one of the location options so it stays fixed.

Thanks for your help. I just tried our public IP on a different service and for some reason it is showing the same. Looks like it’s an issue with our ISP.

I added HTML5 GeoLocation to the search by visitor’s location. Should the user deny the request for his location, the search will fall back to the IP search. Please install version 5.3.2 and give it a try. The HTML5 GeoLocation is much more precise than the IP-based GeoLocation and should also work in a development environment.
