Incorrect search

When I search for a site that does not exist or exists, there is no result after you enter, and it writes “Search results for:”, while there are no search results here.
There is a glitch here that needs to be fixed in the results engine, and at the very least, the display should be correct, and it should be stated that the search is live, and not that there are search results.
