Incorrect shipping rates

    The rates don’t match the usps.com calculator (and what I think they should be). It looks like the rate is being doubled or tripled, etc when there is more than one item in the cart rather than calculating the shipping for the entire cart. Am I missing a configuration somewhere so it calculates on the cart not each product?
