So were using the plugin and everything was working for you before you updated to 0.7.0?
I’m going to play around with and see if I can fix this for you. I’m still learning about all the different international character sets and how they interact with what we’re doing here.

Ok guys, I think I’ve got it worked out. Update to v0.8, and then go to your Twitter Feed’s options under Tools > Tweeple, and change the new UTF-8 Encoding option to “No” —
