Hi, are you saying they intentionally entered the wrong amount or the wrong amount was displayed?
Thank you
The wrong amount was displayed.
For example, a client entered $100 on the popup form. And upon checking out, it displayed $200 on the Total Amount paid.

Has this happened to all your clients or just a few clients?
I have been using the plugin for about 4 years now and it is my first time facing this kind of error.
Do you know if anything changed in your site? For example: Did you installed new plugins? Did your server settings changed?
Can you also activate Enable Debug Logging. Carry out a test and afterwards check the log file.
Thank you
Only three clients have experienced it. I haven’t changed or added any plugin since April 2020.
Let me try Enabling the Debug Logging and do some testing. I will let you know once done.
Thank you
Hi mbrsolution,
I enabled the “Enable Debug Logging”
https://prnt.sc/zt05pr
And I set it to test mode and did multiple testings, and it seems everything works fine.
May I know the reason why three of our clients got an incorrect total amount payment?
Thank you
Hi,
May I know the reason why three of our clients got an incorrect total amount payment?
My guess is there was an issue with the browser cache during the transaction. However, without more information and or test, it is very challenging to correctly answer your question.
If your issue is resolved, can you mark this support thread as resolved.
Kind regards
Hi,
I already set up the Browser Caching using an optimizer plugin but the issue occurred again after a month.
Thank you
Hi, does your host use any caching system in your server? Also if only 3 clients had this issue, it might be related to their computer/laptop configuration. For example: Their browser.
Kind regards
