    Hi,

    We used to use this plugin and it worked fine. Apparently we have not made any change and from one day to another we have noticed that when recipient receives the link to the postcard, that link does not work and the website shows “Vuestro código de verificación es incorrecto.” (well, something like “your verification code is wrong”.

    Is there any way to fix this?

    hi,

    well, if it works before and now it stopped working, something has changed. But maybe you do not know what changed.

    Anyway the message says that the card code which was given is not in the database. The code is stored in the database when the card is sent.

    So either the code is not saved in the database (and can’t be found afterwards) or the code is blocked by some security feature of your provider.

    Let’s try the easy things first:
    – deactivate and activate the plugin, try if its working then
    – update to the newest version and check if it is working then

    Would be good to know which version of WP, wp-greet do you use.
