increase file size uploaded

    i bought the smart-form plugin but any file more than 4 MB will not be uploaded can you help urgent
    This is the message i recieve after finish uploading
    An error occurred, please try again later.

    Hello!

    I think i already answered this question in a ticket but just for having it here as well:

    The plugin doesn’t actually have any file size restriction but maybe your php configuration has one so it needs to be updated (You can update it like this: https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/increase-memory-limit/)

    Also, if you have a server administrator you can ask him to increase the file size and he for sure will be able to do it.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
