Increase overall font size ?

    I have wordpress setup up my wordpress up and running in hindi language
    but the problem is hindi letters are appearing too small than english ones.
    I want to know how could i increase over all font size of my blog.
    I have changed language using this plugin

    Font size is too small in category list and post content

    ‘possibly’ by ading some CSS to your theme;
    this might depend on if your theme outputs any language specific CSS classes on which to base the specific CSS.

    I used this plugin

    to increase the font size but still they are not looking good.
    Do you have any Suggestion

    One more thing for posting content in HINDI i firstly type the content in adobe pagemaker and then paste it.
    And i also copy paste some content from other hindi sites.
