Is there any way to increase the switch size?

You can do this easily by using the Dark Mode custom CSS feature. Please follow the video “How to use WP Dark Mode Custom CSS“.

You can use the .wp-dark-mode-switcher class to set CSS properties. See the screenshot . This will help you.
I know that’s the CSS your plugin’s switcher uses, but I don’t know what CSS should I use to increase the switcher size?
