    i have been getting a number of complaints on getting blocked from actual clients.

    Some people just move on which means money lost and just makes an overall bad experience. Some people may not even know if it got sent.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    I’ve analyzed your requests. Most likely, your site uses a caching plugin, and some visitor parameters are transmitted incorrectly. It causes some incorrect filtering.
    Please do the following:

    1. Update the Anti-Spam plugin: https://cleantalk.org/help/update-wordpress
    2. WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Set cookies” to “Store data in the website database (alternative mechanism)” —> Save Changes.
    3. Set the cache refresh time to 24 hours or less and clear the cache.

    Does it resolve the issue?
