• I installed SupportCandy and liked it. Then I uninstalled it and cleaned some other junk from my system. When I re-installed SupportCandy, the installation was incomplete. I contacted technical support. Within a day, they responded & requested access to my site. The support person communicated with me about what he was doing. Two days later, my site was working great. Every software has problems. A company’s response to our support requests is much more important. SupportCandy did a great job! They understand customer support. No wonder the plugin works so well.
