Hi all,
i am starting using this nice theme but i need your help in setting it, please.
in my home page (last article setting on dashboard) it always displays all the article content and not only an excerpt-read more article layout.
can you help me in setting this please?

Do not edit the Twenty Fourteen theme itself. It is the current default WordPress theme and having access to an original, unedited, copy of the theme is vital in many situations. First create a child theme for your changes.

sure thanks,
but in demo version i see that home page shows in a native way in the home page an excerpt+read more layout
why not in mine one?
how can i set it?

By design, the theme displays the full posts on the main posts page unless you insert a  tag where you want the post teaser to end.
