index.php and / behave differently

Can anyone help out, I’m using the build from 12/31/04 and I have everything perfect, amazingly perfect except for one small error. If you point your browser to http://www.theredarmchair.com carefully look at the sidebar, the date, and the footer. Then load up http://www.theredarmchair.com/index.php and you will see something different. I have no idea where to change this, but it’s driving me crazy.
