Individual comment management problem

I just upgraded to version 2.6.1 and have the following problem. I moderate all comments coming in, and the individual management links, i.e., clicking on approve, spam, or delete for an individual comment will make it disappear from the screen, but don’t seem to actually do one of those three things, and the count in the moderation queue does not go down. When I reclick on “comments awaiting moderation” everything I’ve supposedly done anything to repops up. The bulk moderation functions work fine – I can select one or more comments and then click on those buttons above and it works, but sometimes it’s just easier to go down the queue one at a time. Any ideas?
