Individual exceptions for blocks not working

    I set the exceptions correctly, and a quick look at the debugging data shows that, but unfortunately the ad block still appear in the page.
    (In the link attached, the lead form after the second paragraph is block no. 1, that shouldn’t appear in the page).
    Would appreciate your help!
