We tried to recreate the same and found no such issue (see the screenshot).
Did you check this option? If you haven’t used this option, please try it and click on save button. If you have already used it, we recommend checking for conflicts once with other plugins.
Yes I filled out the field Header Title with my desired text.
I think it has to do with LocoTranslate. The header label used is the one from the String Translation for Loco Translate. If I erase the string translation, the header label is empty in the frontend.

I sadly have the same problem as @unterwegsinberlin on my blog.
The option you mentioned is filled out and worked before. I checked the database and the postmeta key and content is set as well but in the frontend, it just shows the default option.
It seems to be a problem on your end, I tested with all other plugins disabled as well. Please fix it with an update.
