Individuell URL broken

Hello,

I have found a bug in the plugin regarding how URLs are generated.

I set “Change Profil URL” to “/account”

For my own account (admin), the URL is set correctly to https://URL.DOMAIN/account. However, when I visit another user’s profile, the domain is duplicated, and the URL shows up as:
https://URL.DOMAIN/https://URL.DOMAIN/account

Because of this duplication, it results in a “URL not found” (404) error.
