• I have been sending emails through their support web and I have an issue still open since 7 MONTHS AGO! with no solution yet. #2473660 and #3065686
    I sent a lot of emails but apparently they go to a black hole (and it is mentioned already on their term “they don´t make responsible themselves for the emails that you send through their website asking for support)
    What???
    Is like if I wrote advice in my website saying to my customers to send me their questions for support through my website, but I am not responsible for answering back.
    (???).
    So the program is good till you have a problem or a question, if you try to contact them this will go to a black hole.

    1. Can you please clarify where exactly you sent your support requests (which email address or URL)? #2473660 and #3065686 are not ticket numbers from our helpdesk system. Also, we never had a ticket open for 7 months. The average ticket resolution time in our helpdesk is 1 day and 17 hours.

    2. We never had a statement anywhere on our website that we are not responsible to answer emails asking for support. Can you please let me know where did you see it?
