Infinite load issue

    Good morning,

    I am having trouble using the plugin with the Divi shop module. When filtering products, it shows the results but with an infinite load (the mouse cursor changes as if it had been blocked).

    What is the reason for this error?

    Hi,

    Try to disable all other plugins except Themify Product Filter and WooCommerce. If the issue persists, please post the site URL where we can see the issue.
