Infinite loading on enhanced user interface

    Hi,

    When I turn on the enhanced user interface, the submit reviews button doesn’t work, it’s stuck on infinite loading. When I turn on the basic Woo interface, it works.

    Where could the problem be?

    There is nothing in the error log, nor does it send any error message in the page source. There is no problem with the cache, I also tried disabling WP-Rocket, but it didn’t help. If there was a problem with the cache, it wouldn’t work for me even with basic inteface.

    The only time sending in enhanced works for me is when I’m logged in. I have set the option to add reviews for guests.

    Please update our plugin to the new version 5.38.9 and check this issue again. If it persists, please share your product page URL. I will check the issue on my end.

    I have the latest version, the problem persists for about 1.5 months, before that it worked.

    Hi,

    I managed to solve the problem. The conflict was caused by the plugin All ine one WP Security (AIOWPS). WP Security -> Brute Force -> CAPTCHA settings > Add CAPTCHA to comment forms. Even though CAPTCHA was disabled in Customer Reviews for WooCommerce, because I was using custom math CAPTCHA by AIOWPS, it was not possible to submit a review in enhanced user interface. Maybe it will save someone some time when looking for a bug.

    This problem has still not been resolved. The only solution is to disable enhanced layout or disable captcha in AIOS, which is not desirable.
