Hello guys,
I changed the Google Merchant Center account, but I can’t install it in wordpress. I already uninstalled and reinstalled and in the .log records it always assumes the old account, getting in an infinite loop

Hello @alicouro,

I understand you’re getting an infinite-loading loop when trying to connect your account.

Can you please navigate to this page and disconnect all the Google-related accounts?

If that didn’t help, please search for any plugin or fatal error logs in WooCommerce > Status > Logs and share them with us here.

Was the account changed according to these instructions? How can I change my Google Merchant Center account?

User cannot access account

Google Listings & Ads requires you to connect your site with WordPress.com. Be sure to use the same email address with which you log in to your WordPress.com account.

If that does not help, can you temporarily switch your site theme to Storefront, and disable all plugins except WooCommerce and Google Listings & Ads? Then try again to connect your new merchant account, if the issue is not present at this point, you can reactivate the original theme, and then the other plugins one by one until you find the cause of the issue.

Hi,
I am facing the same issue with my website. 🙁 please help.
i have 2 same websites. means i have cloned 1 website from another. i disconnected plugin from 1st website and the second website automatically shows this. Linked accounts section continuously loading loading and loading. i have tried to delete the plugin and after installing again it still shows same. please help. how can i reconnect it correctly.

I understand you are experiencing the same issue and since every site is different and you’re not the person who originally started this topic then, per the forum guidelines, would you please start your own topic?

Additionally, please include your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

We’ll be more than happy to help there 🙂

Hi,

User can not access account

I understand this is part of the error message received.

It appears there is a permission issue when attempting to access the associated Google Merchant Center account. As mentioned by Saif previously, you can temporarily disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and Google Listings & Ads, then disconnect the current connection and setting it up a new one, follow these steps:

Go to YourSite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page, replacing YourSite.com with your own domain.
Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account
Under Jetpack, click Disconnect Jetpack

After that, navigate to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again, make sure to use the connected Google account for Google Merchant Center. (you will need to use the same Gmail address for Google account, Google Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts). Please ensure you have full admin permission on the accounts.
