    Hello,

I am currently having the issue that Klarna gets stuck on the loading spinner after I choose a Klarna payment method and proceed with the order. There are no errors in the console related to klarna and a request does appear in the Klarna logs.

I would greatly appreciate any help on this.

    Best Regards

    Hi,

Can you see any error messages in the Klarna Payments logs? Make sure you have the logging checked in the Klarna Payments plugin settings.

    Best regards

    Hey,

thank you for your quick response. In the Klarna logs I only have a 204 and a 200 and in the Woocommerce logs I do not have an error either.

    Hi,

I saw that Klarna had some problems with Klarna Payments yesterday, https://status.klarna.com/incidents/b937lh0158cb

Do you still experiencing this problem?

    Best regards

    Hey,

my issue was not caused by the incident yesterday. I have had the issue with this plugin for a while now.

    Hi,

Do you have any CSS, JS or HTML minification/combining or caching plugins installed? If so, can you try and deactivate those temporarily and see if it helps? The best thing is to do all this in a staging site (if you can trigger the problem there.)

Do you have a staging site available?
