Infinite login loop

i am having this problem but only with the customizer, the only thing i havent tried is reverting to my backup…which id rather not do because i have a post that will get lost if i do. i have been dealing with this for over a week, so if you can figure out the problem, maybe it will help me too lol. have you tried renaming the plugin folder? because when i rename mine it fixes it, but as soon as i change it back i get the loop again.
