Since last update I have an issue
Every form is not submitting: after pressing “send” there is an infinite spinning wheel.
Form is not submitted, but it’s recorded in “contact form db” and in contact form advanced database
Have not installed new plugins.

Found, it was a very basic plugin:

I am having the same issue. What is the WP Mail Log that you referred to, an additional required plug-in? I have used this for more than a year and then after an update it started the spinning wheel. I have uninstalled all my plug-ins and only re-installed ones I am using, tried a different theme, among other things and cannot get the form to submit.
