    Hello!

I have a website Navtechydraulics.com and i have all of the orders being integrated into inflow through their integration process. But yesterday i received an email saying that there was an error and now i keep getting error saying that the Woocommerce server is not able to be reached.

i have tried disabling all of my firewalls as well as diabling and reinstalling all of the plugins on the website to make sure all of this is working and nothing has fixed the issue.

Every single one of my avenues is failing me to help. I have tried contacting Bluehost, Inflow and Woocommerce without any help or answers. Please help!

  • Hi there @ctnbrndn 👋

Thanks for reaching out to Woo Support!

Inflow cloud to Woocommerce integration Error

From what I gather, there is an error reported by the inflow integration with the site at http://navtechydraulics.com. Correct?

As is typical with integration plugins, a logging functionality should be available, for reaching out to the support channel at inflow with it. I’d recommend persisting in reaching out to the plugin’s support, as they would be in a better position to assist you with its functionality.

Likewise, with the site’s hosting provider. Feel free to inquire with its support channel about anything that they can spot, and might have affected this integration.

Here is the public support forum for WooCommerce core, and I cannot see any previous threads open, currently.

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help.
