Before to install it, I need to know if, after installation, can I add a post in primary site and the same post will show on my cloned site like a multisite feature.

No, sorry but it’s not our purpose for this plugin.
Nevertheless, your idea is great and I will focus on this with Pierre to propose a solution quickly.
